At Terra Outdoor Living, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury outdoor furniture. If your selection doesn't perfectly suit your space, returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery in original, unused condition.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our dedicated customer concierge team within 30 days of receiving your order to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare for Pickup
Ensure all items are securely repacked in their original protective packaging to prevent damage during transit; items not in original packaging may be subject to a restocking fee.
Schedule Transportation
Once your return is authorized, we will coordinate with our white-glove logistics partners to schedule a convenient pickup time from your residence.
Inspection and Refund
After our warehouse team inspects the returned items for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to the original payment method, minus applicable shipping and restocking fees.
